Wyze Home Monitoring is a subscription-based monitoring solution for houses and apartments. The subscription costs $5 per month and can be trialed for free for 30 days. It requires the purchase of the Core Starter Kit, which includes:

Wyze Sense Hub connects all sensors to the Wyze app and has a built-in siren to ward off trespassers. This device is placed in a central location of the home and can connect to the internet via WiFi or ethernet. It has a battery backup to preserve functionality in the event of a power outage.

Wyze Sense Keypad enables users to arm and disarms the alarm system without having to interact with the Wyze app. This device is mounted on a wall near the entry door using its adhesive back. The LED-backlit keys use motion sensors to light up upon detecting nearby movement to provide nighttime visibility.

The Wyze Sense Entry sensor can be installed on doors and any ground-floor windows and notifies users if a door is opened or if it had been left open.

Wyze Motion Sensor notifies users when motion is detected within the system's 25 ft and 120° FOV detection zone. The sensor has adjustable sensitivity settings and comes with alternative instructions for homeowners with large pets, which it is designed to ignore. It has an adhesive back for installation on walls with the option to use screws for added security and durability.

Wyze offers a range of smart cameras, such as Wyze Cam Black, Wyze Cam v3, Wyze Cam Outdoor, and Wyze Cam Pan, with features such as 1080p Full HD recording and night vision.

Noonlight’s platform provided Wyze with a suite of tools to offer additional emergency response and monitoring features to their customers. As a result of this partnership, Wyze’s motion alerts and live video feeds give customers the option to involve Noonlight’s certified emergency dispatchers in the event that emergency services are needed. These dispatchers coordinate with local safety agencies and first responders on customers’ behalf.
