Launched on September 21, 2023, YouTube Create allows users to film and edit videos on their smartphones that can be directly published to YouTube. The app is currently in beta and is free to download on Android from the Google Play Store in the US, the UK, Germany, France, Indonesia, India, Korea, and Singapore.
