He was born in Long Beach, California and is a citizen of the United States. Zack de la Rocha is known for his diverse range of genres, such as rock music, rap rock, rap metal, alternative metal, funk metal, protest songs, political hip hop, and alternative hip hop. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
