He studied at vocational School No. 19 in Moscow, majoring in cook. In the restaurant business since 1996.
Since 1997 he has worked as a chef in restaurants "Reporter", "Luciano", "Nostalgia", VIP-21, "Boulevard", "In Vino", "Poison", "L'Etranger", "Zebra Square", "GQ-bar", "Sheraton Palace Hotel", "Sail".
He completed professional internships at the Vatel School (France), at the Edsbaka Krog restaurant in Sweden, at the Beef Institute (USA), at the Arzak restaurant of Juan Maria Arzak in Spain.
Since 2000, he has been participating in professional competitions. In 2010, the culinary school "Ask the chef" was opened under the leadership of Konstantin Ivlev and Yuri Rozhkov at the Federation of Professional Chefs and Confectioners of Russia.
In 2014, together with Czech footballer Martin Jiranek, he opened the Wicked restaurant in Moscow. The restaurant closed in 2015.
Television and radio
In March 2010, together with his colleague Yuri Rozhkov, he became the host of the Food Week program on the Domashny channel. Both chefs subsequently hosted the programs "Ask the Cook" and "New Year's Food Week" on the same TV channel. In 2011, they also appeared as hosts of the culinary program "Eat it immediately!" on the channel "STS".
In 2016, he participated in two programs on the cable channel "Kitchen TV": "Taste is affordable" and "Mine is your food" [16][17]. In the same year, he led the columns "Wednesday of taste" on the radio "Silver Rain" and the TV program "Football with taste" on the channel "Dynamo-TV".
Since June 2016, he has been cooperating with the TV channel "Friday!": he is the host of the show "On Knives" (since 2016), "Hell's Kitchen" (since 2017), "New Year's Salad Tour" (2019), "Masha and the Chef" (2020-2021), "Battle of Chefs" (2020)[20], "Young Knives" (2021).
