31Ventures is a Japanese venture capital firm founded by the Mitsui Fudosan Group. They work to collaborate and use their assets and networks to help their investments succeed.

31Ventures has three pillars they seek for what they call co-creating with startups. The first is Community, through which 31Ventures provides a community, both physical and through network, for the startup to operate; Support, through which 31Ventures provides hands-on support with their partners; and Finance, through which 31Ventures provides financial assistance.

31Ventures Global Innovation Fund raised JPY5 billion to invest in seed to middle stage startups in Japan, United States, Europe, Israel and other Asian-Pacific countries. The investments are focused on PropTech, IoT, Cyber Security, Sharing Economy, E-Commerce, FinTech, Energy and GreenTech, Robotics, AI and Big Data and Healthcare.

31Ventures Global Brain-Growth 1 Project Fund raised JPY30 billion to invest in growth stage startups. The investments are focused on PropTech, IoT, Cyber Security, Sharing Economy, E-Commerce, FinTech, Energy and GreenTech, Robotics, AI and Big Data and Healthcare.
