Amway uses direct sales by multi-level marketing. Amway distributors, referred to as "Independent Entrepreneurs of AMVEY" (NPA), or "independent business owners" (English Independent Business Owners, IBO), can sell products directly to potential customers, and can also sponsor and instruct other people to become NPA. NPA receives income from both a retail mark-up for Amway products, which sells personally and from the bonus for the volume of sales, performed by independently and lower NPA. End buyers can also register as NAP to reduce goods for goods.
In recent years, the company emphasizes the development of sales through the Internet, as well as through branded retail stores. Both distributors and ordinary consumers.
