Berkshire Grey is a developer of robotic automation systems for warehouses. Capable of picking, packing, and sorting for omnichannel fulfillment, the company's solutions combine robotics with artificial intelligence. The company was founded in 2013 by current CEO Tom Wagner, former CTO at iRobot.

Berkshire Grey announced $263 million in raised funding in its Series B funding round, led by SoftBank and including Khosla Ventures, New Enterprise Associates and Canaan.
Berkshire Grey announced February 24, 2021 it will go public via SPAC via merger with Revolution Acceleration Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: RAAC). The deal, expected to close in the second quarter of 2021, would value Berkshire Grey at $2.7 billion and could bring in over $400,000,000 USD in cash for the company.
