The company refers to itself as "the last-mile logistics company" as a title to match their growing e-commerce market. Blue Marble is an end-to end delivery service for groceries, meals, packages, and other similar things. The company is designed to assist local businesses in competing with larger businesses, like Amazon, with quick and reliable delivery systems. The company provides electric vehicles that connect companies to their customers. Each vehicle is equipped with 3D mapping artificial intelligence, which helps the robots navigate sidewalks at walking speeds.

Deliveries from Blue Marble's vehicles are supposed to arrive same day, and in some cases can arrive in minutes. Blue Marble is striving to expand their technologies to begin delivering to people through sea, air, and space, in addition to land. Tencent invested in Blue Marble to help expand their operations outside of San Francisco.
