Established in 2017 and headquartered in Seattle, Boundless offers immigrants tools, information, and personalized support to facilitate their immigration journey. The company reviews customer's applications to prepare them for filing. After checking the forms, they help with the upload of supporting documents and review them to ensure they meet US government requirements and standards. They also employ the services of independent attorneys in their network to review the entire application package to check for any potential legal issues. When the application is ready to file, it is printed and assembled in the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) required manner and shipped to the customer. After the application is sent to the government, the company helps with the next steps, like the in-person interview, additional forms, and other vital milestones along the way.

The marriage green card service costs $995, and their naturalization service is $199. The rates cover the application package and legal and customer support. Customers also pay fees directly to the United States government when they file. The company's service fees can be paid in full, or over six months with a monthly payment plan. If the petition is denied by USCIS, the company claims to refund the service fees, minus attorney fees. Boundless is not a law firm.
