He worked as director of economic affairs and animation within the interministerial delegation to the football world cup from 1996-1997. From 2000 to 2002, he served as director of strategy and development of the energy materials sector of SNPE1996.

In January 2009, he became the representative of the Minister of Defense on the Supervisory Board of OCCAr (Joint Organization for Cooperation in Armaments).
