Capital Factory is an Austin-based investor that provides a coworking space to Texas entrepreneurs and helps them find other investors, mentors, employees, and customers for their companies. Capital Factory was founded in 2009. The company assists technology start-ups in every business stage and connects them with the various resources they need to succeed.

Capital Factory's coworking space spans 81,000 square feet and offers access to various amenities, 900 technology events, a quarterly Founders Academy, a virtual reality (VR) lab, and over 150 top tech mentors from Texas who advise on matters like fundraising, recruiting, intellectual property, marketing, and sales. Workers using Capital Factory's space are granted 24/7 keycard access to the building. They are also given a private mailbox and private conference room space.

Capital Factory provides its portfolio companies with coworking and mentorship benefits and in return receives 1 percent of the stock in the company with rights to invest in its next funding round and expects the company to remain with them over time while scaling their business. Capital Factory portfolio companies are provided with an investor relations team dedicated to helping them launch funding campaigns. They also have access to regular Founder’s Salon events with mentors, partners, and other founders. Capital Factory's companies are given six months of free coworking memberships and over $250,000 in potential hosting credits from Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and IBM.
