Clarity Money is a company that empowers and helps people to save money with transformative financial organization, transparency and advocacy. Clarity Money offers a budgeting application that has been created by venture capitalist and entrepreneur Adam Dell in 2016, and the aplication was acquired by Goldman Sachs in 2018. It became a part of the banking giant’s Marcus, which is Goldman Sachs line of financial products.
Clarity Money offers an AI-powered tool that brings finances together in a single place. Users can link their bank accounts to its application, and it automatically categorizes users' expenses to give them a clear view of how they are spending their money.
The application allows users to see a sum of how much they spent over the last few days and a list of their transactions. Another tile drills down on how much they have spent at particular merchants over a self-selected window of time, giving them an eye-opening look at how their trips to Starbucks add up.
