David Packard (born September 7, 1912 in Pueblo, Colorado[(299776)(#date_of_birth)(10929477)#place_of_birth]) was an engineer and computer scientist, known for founding several notable organizations. He received his education from Stanford University and held citizenship in the United States.
Packard co-founded Hewlett-Packard, which later gave rise to Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Inc. . Additionally, he founded Halo Genomics AB and the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. He had a child named David Woodley Packard.
