Dmytro Ivanovych Kuleba is a Ukrainian politician, diplomat, and communications specialist, currently serving as Minister of Foreign Affairs. He is also concurrently a member of the National Defense and Security Council of Ukraine. Kuleba is one of the youngest senior-diplomats in Ukraine's history.

Kuleba Dmitry Ivanovich is a second-generation diplomat, since 2003 (with short breaks) he has been working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In Goncharuk's government, he served as vice prime minister. Dealt with issues of European integration. In March 2020, he headed the Foreign Ministry.
Dmitry Ivanovich Kuleba was born on April 19, 1981 in the city of Sumy.
Kuleba has a degree in international law. In 2003 he graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Studied here in graduate school. In 2005 he defended his dissertation on the topic: "Implementation of the international legal personality of Ukraine through participation in the activities of international organizations" and became a candidate of legal sciences.
Dmitry is a second-generation diplomat. His father, Ivan Dmitrievich (born 1953), was Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in 2003-2004, headed the Ukrainian diplomatic missions in Egypt, the Czech Republic, and Kazakhstan. Since December 2019, Ivan Kuleba has been the Ambassador of Ukraine to Armenia.
Dmitry is married to Evgenia Kuleba (born in 1981), the founder and head of the Garden City public organization. In July 2016, Evgenia registered as an individual entrepreneur (the main activity is other professional, scientific and technical activities).
In 2020, she was elected to the Kyiv City Council from the Servant of the People party (No. 1 on the list). Secretary of the Standing Committee of the Kyiv City Council on Environmental Policy.
The couple have two children. In 2006, the son Yegor was born, five years later - the daughter Lyubov.
After graduating from the Institute of International Relations, Dmitry got a job at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Started working in the legal department.
In 2005, Kuleba went on his first long-term business trip. For four years, the diplomat represented the interests of Ukraine in permanent missions to international organizations in Vienna. Was the third and second secretary.
Since 2010, Dmitry has worked in the secretariat of the Foreign Ministry. For two years he held positions from first secretary to head of department.
In 2013, he temporarily left the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, going to work in the Cabinet of Ministers. Here he was an adviser to Deputy Prime Minister Konstantin Grishchenko. Kuleba dealt with humanitarian issues. In the same year, he headed the UART Cultural Diplomacy Foundation.
After the Euromaidan, Dmitry returned to the Foreign Ministry. At first he was an ambassador-at-large. Worked on strategic communications. In April 2016, the Foreign Minister appointed Kuleba to represent Ukraine in the Council of Europe.
According to a survey by the World Policy Institute, in 2017 Dmitry was recognized as the best among Ukrainian ambassadors abroad. On March 1, 2019, the diplomat's book was published entitled: "The War for Reality: How to Win in the World of Fakes, Truths and Communities".
In August 2019, he became Vice Prime Minister. In the government of Oleksiy Goncharuk, he was responsible for the European integration policy of Ukraine. In March of the following year, Kuleba headed the foreign policy department in the government of Denys Shmygal. Dmitry took the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs at less than 39 years old, becoming the youngest Foreign Minister in the history of Ukraine.
In the summer of 2020, Kuleba initiated the creation of the Lublin Triangle, a platform for political, economic, cultural and social cooperation between Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine. Dmitry is the head of the organizing committee for the preparation of the founding summit of the Crimean Platform.
Kuleba is a member of the public organization "Ukrainian Association of International Law".
