GoerTek

GoerTek is a company manufacturing and distributing electronic products that is headquartered in Weifang, China and was founded in 2001. The company is making electro-acoustic and optical components, electronic accessories, and related electronic products. GoerTek makes electronics for wearables, viewables, hearables, home products, and smart lamps. They also make the following electronic components: sensors, microphones, speakers & receivers, loud speakers, antennas, and optical component modules.

GoerTek is partnered with research institutions and university such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Acoustics, Tsinghua University, Nanjing University, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Shandong University and other research institutions.

On October 23, 2014 GoerTek announced acquiring the majority of shares in Dynaudio, a company manufacturing loudspeakers in Denmark. GoerTek acquired Dynaudio to enter the high-end hi-fi and professional audio market. Both companies made the following statement regarding the acquisition:
