Co-Founder and CEO Jarret Bauer partnered with college friends Rohan Udeshi (COO and Co-Founder) and Dan Priece (CTO an Co-Founder) to build a comprehensive, cloud-based, telehealth platform for engaging patients in their care plan and providing clinicians with healthcare-providing tools. Bauer was inspired by the readmission of his grandmother due to exacerbation of her heart failure. HRS telehealth was started by Bauer after he researched drivers of hospital readmission which include medication adherence, dietary adherence, lack of health literacy and lack of caregiver support. HRS partners with over 150 leading medical centers across 39 states and servicing almost 100,000 patients with 70 different disease conditions.
