Horizons Ventures is a venture capital firm making seed, early stage, and late stage capital investments in disruptive technology companies. The firm was founded in 1999 by Mr. Li Ka-shing, Debbie Chang, and Solina Chau, and is headquartered in Hong Kong, Hong Kong.
