Founded in 2020 by Chris Hull, John Philip (JP) Morgan, and Dave Rogenmoser, Jasper is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
Jasper's AI Copilot is developed to help companies with writing copy and generating content. This includes the AI generation of blog posts, emails, marketing copy, and other content creation. The AI Copilot is also developed to work where users are working, help users generate content, ensure that content adheres to a brand's style and voice, and connect users to background information about a company to ensure the copy is correct and factual, including details about the company, strategy, audience, competitors, and product details. Further, the AI Copilot offers users suggestions to improve the users' copy.
The AI Copilot also offers users automated project management, which gives users transparency into work that needs to be done, shows progress on projects, and ensures everyone is working and working where they should be. The AI assistant can help accelerate the generation of content, working with an extension that enables users to work in Google Docs and get AI-generated content in that document editor. It allows users to develop supporting imagery and supporting text based on simple descriptions, all to support an acceleration in efficiency and brand content.
The AI Copilot also offers AI recommendations for analytics and insights and to improve a user's performance and to get better outcomes in the Copilot's output, to increase the value of the generated content, and to increase optimization and recommendations based on usage data.
