Jaspersoft, formerly known as Panscopic, is a software platform for data visualization and embedding reports & dashboards that was created by TIBCO Software. Jaspersoft is headquartered in TIBCO Software's headquarters in Palo Alto, California.
Jaspersoft is made to offer customers business intelligence solutions by embedding reports, dashboards, and data visualizations into their platforms through the Jaspersoft Javascript API and integrating their software into their enterprise or web-application software applications. The Jaspersoft platform is made to allow developers to customize the design, embedding, reports, and analytics offering by Jaspersoft. The Jaspersoft platform offers developers a REST API that allows them to leverage back-end services offered by Jaspersoft. Embedding the Jaspersoft platform requires both front-end and back-end integration. After successful integration Jaspersoft, the platform supports a drag-and-drop report builder and metadata labeller.

On March 3, 2003 Japsersoft closed their series B funding round with $10 million in funding from Mergenthaler Ventures (lead investor), Discovery Ventures, and DCM Ventures. Japsersoft also announced adding Gary Little, the general partner of Morgenthaler Ventures, to its board of directors when it announced its series B funding round.
On July 19, 2005 Jaspersoft announced raising $8 million in series C funding from Partech, Mergenhaler Ventures, and DCM Ventures.
On August 9, 2007 Jaspersoft announced raising $12 million in series D funding from SAP Ventures (lead investor), Scale Venture Partners, Sapphire Ventures, Partech, Morgenthaler Ventures, and DCM Ventures.
