Johannes Wislicenus (born 24 June 1835 in Querfurt, died 5 December 1902 in Leipzig) was a German chemist. He was educated at Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg and the University of Zurich.
Wislicenus was advised by Wilhelm Heinrich Heintz during his doctoral studies. Later, as a mentor, he advised doctoral students such as William Henry Perkin and Arthur Amos Noyes.
