Jon Stephenson von Tetzchner (born August 29, 1967) is a Norwegian computer scientist who was born in Reykjavík, Iceland. He is the founder of Opera Software and its web browser, Opera. Von Tetzchner served as the CEO of Opera Software and has also founded Vivaldi Technologies, which developed the Vivaldi browser. He was educated at the University of Oslo.
