Juro

Juro is a London-based contract management platform that aids in the formulation of necessary paperwork which is needed for companies to maintain and expand clientele. It is an end-to-end workflow tool that can be used by companies to minimize the amount of time it takes to draft and complete documentation, thus speeding up onboarding times and making the user company more efficient. It enables companies to create customizable contracts from its pre-built templates that meet their specific needs in their niche fields.

Juro offers contract formulation, negotiation, electronic signing, and other tools that aid users in their contract development experience. Examples of contracts that have been created are employee contracts, sales contracts, enterprise SaaS contracts, and service level agreements.

During the development of each contract generation, Juro keeps track of all changes made to the contract so that each signing party may have access to documentation of the changes. Furthermore, it uses various team collaboration tools, such as Slack, GDrive, Salesforce, and Companies House to assist users with their communication endeavors.
