Korean Broadcasting System

Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) is a public broadcasting company founded on March 3, 1973 by the Government of South Korea. It is headquartered in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo District, South Korea. KBS operates in the broadcasting industry, maintaining an active status as a company.

KBS is the owner of multiple broadcasting stations and channels, including KBS World Radio, KBS Classic FM, KBS1, KBS Cool FM, KBS Radio 1, KBS2, and KBS Radio 2, among others. The company also controls a subsidiary, KBS N, and has been assigned two patents.
