LGS Innovation was strategically acquired by CACI International in March of 2019, in an effort to expand CACI's Intelligence Systems and Support, Space Operations and Resiliency, Communications, and Cyber Security market areas. The acquisition amount was expected to total $975 million.

LGS Innovations develops communications products, research and development, and supporting services for the defense, intelligence, state, and civilian agencies and local governments. The company develops solutions in wireless communications, signals processing and analysis, optical networking, photonics, routing and switching, and spectrum management.
