Company attributes
Logiq.AI was a cloud-based data observability software platform provider. The company's platform facilitated cloud platform infrastructure and application delivery, providing monitoring, log aggregation, and analytics with infinite storage scale. Logiq.ai's patented data fabric was developed to provide observability and provide users with security, network, and business data using artificial intelligence (AI) to help automate the platform's operation.
Logiq.ai was cofounded in 2019 by Ranjan Parthasarathy and Tito George. The company was headquartered in Bangalore and San Jose, California. Logiq.ai developed the company's platform for IT administrators and DevOps teams.
Logiq.ai was acquired by Stockholm-based Apica, a company developing synthetic monitoring and observability, in August 2023. Apica acquired Logiq.ai to deliver active observability to the company's Apica Ascent Platform and to help alleviate data challenges for IT, DevOps, and monitoring teams. Following the acquisition, Logiq.ai's team joined Apica's to help roll out the Logiq.ai functionality inside Apica.
Logiq.ai's platform worked to unify data types such as internal logs of applications, performance metrics, databases of activities, and other APIs, and the platform enabled users to use machine data analytics for appliances and infrastructure in a single platform with simplicity. The platform helped businesses harness operational data and analyze the data for production operations, cybersecurity, and compliance purposes. Further, the software was capable of unifying, integrating, and connecting observability data to allow it to be analyzed more effectively.
The platform was powered by Prometheus and allows data from sources such as Elasticsearch, Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, and Athena to be queried, analyzed, and visualized. Further, it was developed to reduce migration problems and to allow users to ingest logs from s3 bucket from an organizations virtual machines, containers, serverless applications, and kubernetes environments.
