Mark43

Mark43 is a company providing software for law enforcement officials. It was formerly known as Nucleik. The company was established in 2012 by Scott Crouch, Flo Mayr, and Matt Polega. Mark43 aims to provide a more efficient system to store and access information relevant to ensure accurate response by law enforcement officials. Mark43 is based in New York City, New York, and its products are now in use in several metropolitan areas in the United States.

Mark43 provides two main products: Mark43 RMS and Mark43 CAD. Mark43 RMS is a cloud-based record management system for police reports. Mark43 CAD, on the other hand, is a computer-aided emergency dispatch system that utilizes cloud technology for more mobile access to pertinent information – it utilizes several of Mark43 RMS’ functions.

Since 2013, Mark43 has raised capital through five funding rounds. Its most recent funding round was a Series C held in March 2018, which collected $38 million. As of April 2019, Mark43 has received financing from 20 investors, with three of them as lead investors. Its most recent investors are Spark Capital, Goldman Sachs, Bezos Expeditions, David Petraeus, Amplo, and Sound Ventures.
