Meat Loaf, born Marvin Lee Aday on September 27, 1947, was an American musician, actor, and record producer known for his powerful vocals and theatrical performances. He held membership in the United States and was born in Dallas, Texas. Meat Loaf's other aliases included Michael Lee Aday, Meat Loaf Aday, and Meatloaf.
Throughout his career, Meat Loaf performed in various genres, including heavy metal music, rock music, progressive rock, and hard rock. He was accomplished as a singer-songwriter, guitarist, and record producer, in addition to his acting career.
Meat Loaf attended several educational institutions, including the University of North Texas, Lubbock Christian University, and Thomas Jefferson High School in Dallas. He had two children, Amanda Aday and Pearl Aday. Meat Loaf was the father of Pearl Aday.
Over his illustrious career, Meat Loaf received the Q Awards. He passed away on January 20, 2022 in Nashville, Tennessee.
