Migros Online is an online supermarket based in Écublens, Vaud, Switzerland. It was formerly known as LeShop.ch. Migros Online was founded in 1997 by Alain Nicod, Jesús Martín García, Rémi Walbaum, and Christian Wanner. The CEO as of 2021 is Katrin Tschannen. Migros Online is a subsidiary of Migros, or the Federation of Migros Cooperatives.
Migros Online was almost shut down at the end of 2002 by its majority shareholder group, the Bon appétit Group AG. It was instead purchased by ShoppingNet Holding SA. Migros Online was known as LeShop.ch until November 2020.
In 2019, Migros Online partnered with the Swiss Post and launched a system for in-store pickup of mailed packages at 300 Migros locations, in order to expand postal service access to its customers. Customers' packages can be re-routed through an online account with the Swiss Post. Letters can also be sent using this service.
Migros Online offers home delivery, as well as in-store pickup through its service called PickMup. Home delivery is offered throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
