Milo Manheim is an up-and-coming American actor. He was born and raised in Los Angeles, and at the age of seven, he started his acting career in a local after-school program in Culver City. He then performed in fifteen musicals with Liza Monjauze Productions, including Rent, Footloose, Tommy, A Chorus Line, Gypsy, and Spring Awakening.
Milo is the son of Emmy and Golden Globe award winner Camryn Manheim. His introductory acting role was alongside his mother in a 2009 episode of Ghost Whisperer. He was discovered by casting director Amber Horn after his performance as Roger in the musical Rent.
She brought him in to audition for a Disney Channel musical called Zombies. He booked the male lead, and the musical premiered on Disney Channel in February 2018. After filming Zombies, Milo performed in the musical Generation Me, performed at the Hudson Theatre and Playwright Horizons in New York City. In 2017, he won the Best Leading Actor award at the New York Musical Festival.
