PointGuard Ventures is a Los Altos, California based venture capital firm.They seek investments in the cloud computing, green technology, data analytics, point-of-care medical, software, software-as-a-service, education, mobile, semiconductors, networking and hardware sectors.

PointGuard Ventures looks for investments in Series A and Series B rounds in companies with a functional product in early market validation, identified sales strategy and intellectual property. They invest from $2 to $10 million and will invest in later stages.

PointGuard Ventures has made investments in Prevedere, Nod, SERVIZ, InSilixa, Deem, Movius Software and Lavante.

PointGuard Ventures has exited investments in Deem, SERVIZ and Lavante.
