Pope Francis

Pope Francis, born on December 17, 1936, is a citizen of both Vatican City and Argentina. He was born in Flores, Buenos Aires.

In his educational endeavors, he attended the University of Buenos Aires and the Facultades de Filosofía y Teología de San Miguel. Prior to becoming the Pope, his occupations included being a Chemist, Writer, and a member of Clerics Regular.

He is the founder of Dicastery for the Laity, Family and Life. Pope Francis is considered a Person as an instance of and has received the Time 100 award.
