Prevision.io

Prevision.io was a Paris-based artificial intelligence (AI) and data science company. The company was cofounded in 2016 by Florian Laroumagne, CTO Nicolas Gaude, Pierre Nowak, and CEO Tuncay Isik. In September 2022, Prevision.io was acquired by Density, a hardware and software company that develops room and door sensors that measure how people use space in real time.

Prevision.io offered a fully automated AI and machine learning (ML) management tool to data science users as a service, in order to increase efficiency in the development and launch of AI and data science projects. The company advertised that the tool could be used to ensure that more AI projects could make it into production and stay in production. Prevision.io also allowed users to generate and deploy highly accurate predictive models either on the cloud or on premises.

On September 26, 2022, smart sensor company Density announced it had acquired Prevision.io for an undisclosed amount. In the announcement, Density said the Prevision.io team would be focusing on Density's onboarding experience as well as its analytics platform. Density also added that the Prevision.io team would remain in Paris, France, to complement Density's worldwide expansion and create a presence in the EMEA.
