RED Technologies

Established in 2012, RED Technologies develops spectrum sharing technologies. The company's technologies provide a cloud-based, Spectrum Access System (SAS) that enables spectrum sharing according to a three-tier hierarchy. This allows clients to offer adequate sharing and protection of users in the multi-tiered spectrum sharing framework.

The company provides cloud-based CBRS and TVWS spectrum sharing solutions for operators of different sizes and sectors. Red's CBRS solution is deployed in the United States in partnership with Amdocs. To add to its SAS suite, RED technologies contributes to 6GHz standardization and is also developing the required AFC (Automatic Frequency Controller) to support 6GHz WLAN and 5G.

RED Technologies develops and commercializes a SaaS platform, or Spectrum Access System, which allows the sharing and protection of users in the multi-tiered spectrum sharing framework referred to as CBRS in the United States. CBRS enables commercial utilization of 150 MHz of spectrum in the 3.5 GHz band. Spectrum is shared among incumbents and commercial telecom operators through its cloud-based technology.
