Russian power company
One of the largest electric grid companies in the world, owning and managing its subsidiaries and affiliates. In total, the property complex includes 35 companies, including 15 interregional (ex. IDGC) and one backbone network ("Rosseti FGC UES"). The company also manages research and design institutes, construction organizations.
The controlling shareholder is the state represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management of the Russian Federation, which owns 88.04% of the share in the authorized capital.
The company manages 2.40 million km of power transmission lines, 528 thousand substations with a transformer capacity of more than 809 thousand MVA.
