Shiva is a company that develops artificial intelligence to manage short-term real estate investments. It was established by Alexey Igumnov-Galstev. Igumnov-Galstev previously established Giglob, a Russian company that facilitates New York real estate purchase and sale to foreign investors through the use of blockchain technology. Shiva has received funding from Blockseed Cohort and the 5th Kazan OIC Entrepreneurship Forum. It is based in New York City, New York, United States.

As an artificial intelligence platform, Shiva provides information on available real estate within an area, alongside information on its price, location, and property size. The AI also predicts return-on-investment (ROI) and the amount of time it would remain on sale in the market for buyers, while for sellers, the AI provides insights to optimal price for the listed property as well as consumer behavior common for the targeted market.
