History

The First Private Brewery was established in 2004 by Andriy Matsola 's family and remained exclusively a family business until January 2012.Since then, the company has merged with PBK Radomyshl, which belonged to the international group Oasis CIS. As a result of the merger, the First Private Brewery operates 2 breweries - in Lviv and Radomyshl, the total capacity of which since the second half of 2016 is 2.3 million liters of beer per year.The largest shareholder of the company and its CEO is Ukrainian Andriy Matsola , the second largest package belongs to the EBRD. The remaining shares are distributed between Oettinger and Oasis CIS managing partners.According to the USREOU , the founders of the First Private Brewery also include the Cypriot company Boneted Limited.

Interesting facts

• At the end of 2015, Heineken beer licensing began at the company's plant in Radomyshl. In addition, the First Private Brewery licenses German OeTTINGER beer and Dutch BAVARIA beer.
