A motor vehicle part (4) accommodating the vehicle lock can be moved from the closed position into an open position by means of the adjusting device (9). Said adjusting device (9) maintains the motor vehicle part (4) in the open position such that the motor vehicle part (4) can be prevented from opening automatically from the open position.
