VEED.IO is a British company developing an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered online video editing platform to simplify creating videos for creators and businesses. VEED offers a wide range of video editing tools divided into three main products:
- Video editor—software with features including progress bars, filters, transitions, adding audio, removing background noise, removing backgrounds without the need for a green screen, video polishing to remove unwanted silences or pauses, subtitles and transcriptions, text-to-speech to add voiceover without recording, and more. The software also optimizes content for different channels, provides video hosting, and enables customers to export and share in 4K resolution.
- Screen record—for capturing and sharing the user's screen while recording their webcam with additional functionality. This includes eye contact correction and a range of layouts.
- Subtitles and transcription—automatic video subtitling and transcriptions using speech recognition software. Subtitles can be translated into different languages. VEED states its subtitling is 98.5 percent accurate.
A full list of VEED video editing tools can be found on their website. The company's software targets customers making videos for marketing, educational content, and social media.
