Vladimir Dmitrievich Volkov

Biography

Vladimir Volkov was born on September 7, 1954 in the village of Novoe Arakcheevo, Krasnoslobodsky District, Mordovian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. By nationality, half Russian, half Moksha.

Education

School in the village of Lepchenko (grades 1-4).

School with. Russian Maskino (grades 5-8).

School No. 1 , Krasnoslobodsk (grades 9, 10).

1976 - graduated from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering of the Mordovian State University named after N.P. Ogaryov , specialty "engineer of electronic equipment".

1988 - graduated from the construction department of the Mordovian State University named after N.P. Ogarev, specialty "civil engineer".

• 1977-1979 - Secretary of the Komsomol Committee of the Mordovian State University. N. P. Ogaryova.
• 1979 - commander of the regional student detachment of the Mordovian regional committee of the Komsomol.
• 1983 - 1986 - First Secretary of the Saransk city committee of the Komsomol.
• 1986 - 1988 - Head of the Industrial and Transport Department of the Saransk City Committee of the CPSU.
• 1988-1990 - First Secretary of the Proletarian District Committee of the CPSU of the city of Saransk .

• 1990-1995 - Chairman of the Permanent Commission of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Mordovia on issues of capital construction, industry and building materials.
