Wilhelm Dilthey

Wilhelm Dilthey was a German historian, philosopher, psychologist, and teacher born on November 19, 1833, in Biebrich (Wiesbaden) . He held citizenship in Germany . Dilthey was educated at Heidelberg University and Humboldt University of Berlin .
