Lincolnshire Management is a private equity firm that focuses on acquisitions and control investments in growing middle-market companies in various industries. TJ Maloney began working at Lincolnshire in 1993 as the company’s managing director before becoming the president and CEO in 1998. Maloney has been heavily involved in many of the firm’s major transactions, but his main focus during his time at Lincolnshire has been on using research and collaboration to improve the operations of the firm’s portfolio companies.
Before joining Lincolnshire Management, Maloney worked as the interim CEO of Credentials Services International, the COO of TGB Corporations, and the chairman of the Boston College Wall Street Council. He also practiced mergers and acquisitions and securities law in New York City. He has given lectures on private equity and law at the Columbia University MBA Program, as well as various other universities.
Previously, Maloney served on the Board of Trustees of the Tilton School, the Board of Trustees of Fordham University, and the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the English Speaking Union of the United States. He has also served on 13 corporate boards. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of Boston College.
Maloney graduated from Boston College in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts and Fordham Law School in 1979 with a Juris Doctor degree. In 2007, he received the Richard J. Bennett Memorial Award in recognition of his exemplary corporate leadership and the high moral standards that he has displayed throughout his career.

Nitin Khanna (born March 1971) is the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of MergerTech.
MergerTech is a mergers and acquisitions company based in Portland, Oregon. Nitin Khanna founded the company with his brother in 2009 and currently serves as the chairman and chief executive officer.
Nitin Khanna has vast experience in management, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, and technology. Nitin Khanna worked as a manufacturing engineer at International Paper and a senior consultant at Oracle Corporation. He was also the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of the software system provider Saber Corporation.
Khanna’s other major endeavor along with MergerTech was working with Cura Cannabis Solutions in 2015. He acted as the company’s chairman and CEO. Cura Cannabis Solutions is the largest cannabis company in the Pacific Northwest. His tenure with the company ended in May 2018, but while he was there, he grew Cura Cannabis to its current place as a leading cannabis provider in the United States.
Khanna was born in India and received a portion of his education there before relocating to the United States and earning both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in industrial engineering from Purdue University. Khanna is active in his community and invests heavily in growing technology companies.
Niranjan Shah is the CEO of Globetrotters Engineering Corp in Chicago.
Niranjan Shah is the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Globetrotters Engineering Corporation. He is also the founder of Globetrotters International Inc.
Both Globetrotters Engineering Corporation and Globetrotters International Inc. are Chicago-based engineering, architecture, consulting services, and construction management companies. Shah founded both firms in 1974 and worked as the company’s first employee. Today, Globetrotters employs over 250 professionals and has overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in projects since its founding.
Under his leadership, Globetrotters worked on such industry-defining projects as John Stroger Jr. Hospital, the McCormick Place expansion, Midway International Airport’s redevelopment, and O’Hare Airport’s International Terminal 5. In 1986, the company received an Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award for its work on the Deep Tunnel Project in Chicago.
Shah was born in India and earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Sardel Patel University’s Birla Engineering College. He then attended the University of Mississippi School of Business, where he earned a Master of Civil Engineering degree in 1971. He also participated in the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School, where he received technical business management training.
Since founding Globetrotters and finding professional success, Niranjan Shah has become very involved in giving back to the community through philanthropic endeavors. He is involved with the Shah Center at McHenry County College, Leading India’s Future Today (LIFT), and Sister Cities Internationals. As such, he has been recognized by both Indian and United States governments for his contributions. In 2006, Shah received the Ellis Island Medal of Honor in acknowledgement of his positive contribution to U.S. society. That same year, the government of India presented him with the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award.
