Bluzelle (BLZ) is a blockchain and software development company founded in Vancouver, British Columbia in 2014 by Pavel Bains and Neeraj Murarka. In 2016 the company relocated its headquarters to Singapore, Singapore.
Bluzelle offers a blockchain platform for the creation of decentralized applications (dApps) focused decentralized and scalable database services. Users of Bluzelle can sell their unused computing resources to become storage providers for other users interested in buying their computing resources. Transactions on the Bluezelle are done with the platforms own cryptocurrency.
On March 21, 2016 Bluzelle completed their seed funding round with $300 thousand in funding from True Global Ventures and Plasma Capital.
On August 28, 2017 Bluezelle completed their series A funding round with $1.5 million in funding from True Global Ventures, LUN Partners Group, and Global Brain Corporation.
From January 18, 2018 to February 2, 2018 Bluzelle held their initial coin offering (ICO) selling approximately $19.5 million dollars worth of their platforms native cryptocurrency token BLZ.
On March 28, 2018 Bluezelle completed their series C funding round with $1 million in funding from NEO Global Capital.
