Their machine learning platform utilizes over 250 data points such as budget, personal preferences, dislikes, room styles, travel goals, and much more.The artificial intelligence they implement allows the company to provide quick, well-suited travel suggestions to travelers.

At Fineway, the belief is that the future of travel will move from the method of searching and comparing and will switch to a conversation between travelers and AI. The interface-agnostic conversation engine that the company employs is backed by advanced statistics and deep learning methods which help it to decode travel desires nearly instantly, and at zero cost to the user.
