In November 2020, Hexaware's stock was voluntarily delisted from the National Stock Exchange. In September 2021, The Carlyle Group announced plans to raise more than $1 billion in order to acquire Hexaware in a planned $3 billion acquisition. The acquisition was completed in October 2021.
