Ozon's seller offering includes a rewards system; a variety of training, analytics, and advertising tools; and flexible payment and delivery options. The sellers account for about 78 percent of sales turnover on Ozon by Gross Merchandise Value increased from 1 percent in 2018, when Ozon started its transition to a marketplace model. The number of international sellers passed 12,000 in the third quarter of 2022 and included 24 million products in the Ozon assortment.

Ozon Fintech involves a team of financial and IT specialists who design and create fintech products and services complementing their e-commerce business. Ozon Bank is the company's integrated bank with a universal banking license, offering different financial services for marketplace customers and sellers.
They include the Ozon Card banking card and the Ozon Installment deferred payment plan for customers. They also have seller services such as Ozon Credit, a loan or credit securement platform, plus Ozon Factoring, a service that allows sellers to get money transfers.
Ozon Fresh, formerly referred to as Ozon Express, is an express delivery service for perishable products, groceries, and everyday items. It is available in nine cities in Russia. Ozon Fresh offers delivery on an assortment of about 25,000 products. The Ozon Fresh private label possesses 224 products in the food and non-food categories.
