Rachel Fuller Brown (born November 23, 1898, in Springfield, Massachusetts) was an American chemist and microbiologist. She is known for her notable work on Nystatin, a widely-used antifungal medication. Brown died on January 14, 1980, in Albany, New York.
Brown held citizenship in the United States. She was educated at Mount Holyoke College, Harvard University, and the University of Chicago. In recognition of her achievements, Brown was inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame in 1994.
