Prior to founding Bolt, Breslow spent years familiarizing himself with online checkout from the inside out. Starting in high school, he spent six years building e-commerce sites for businesses of all sizes—from small, mom-and-pop shops to large corporations. It was during this time that he experienced first-hand the shortcomings of the online commerce space, which inspired him to design a better alternative.

Conscious Culture is a rising generation of founders and leaders who question the status quo and fundamentally believe that a "Conscious Culture," one that bridges humanity with execution, is possible. The idea of a Conscious Culture was created by Breslow and the team at Bolt and was inspired by Matt Mochary, an early advisor and now founding partner of Conscious Culture.

In January 2022, Breslow cofounded a new pharma venture. Breslow founded the startup, Love Health, with JR Rahn, cofounder of MindMed, a publicly traded developer of psychedelic-based medicines, and Ashwath Rajan, who cofounded Stockwell AI, an ill-fated vending-machine startup formerly known as Bodega.
The new pharma venture plans to develop drugs initially based on nutraceuticals, food-derived substances that have health benefits, to treat sleep and pain problems. The Miami-based company plans to perform clinical trials to seek Food and Drug Administration approval for its drugs, which will focus on “solutions to the opioid crisis.”
In March 2021, Breslow founded a nonprofit dedicated to dance called The Movement and serves as president. The mission of The Movement is to unite the world through dance by removing cost barriers and expanding access to the benefits of dance for all. The nonprofit started out in Miami, providing free dance classes, and expanded to New York City later that year. Breslow started taking dance classes in San Francisco and found the sense of community to be refreshing, and it was a way to have fun, build confidence, and "refill his tank."

The Peace Movement DAO's purpose is to fund life-saving assistance and support for Ukrainian refugees and internally displaced people. Contributors to The Peace Movement will be rewarded with a unique "Peace-themed generative NFT" for Ethereum donations in increments of $1000. Additionally, contributors have their choice of Polygon, Ethereum, or Tezos to claim their rewards.

The group evolved from a class at Stanford, CS 184, taught by Andreessen Horowitz partners at the time, Balaji Srinivisan and Vijay Pande, who also ended up supervising the group.
