Russian Businessman, Crypto and Lifestyle Blogger, Investor
Sergey Kosenko is a businessperson and influencer.
Sergey Kosenko was born in 1987 in a small Hungarian town Kecskemété in the family of a military man and an accountant. They stayed here on a business trip for four years, after which they moved to Brest and then to Smolensk. In this city, the future entrepreneur and blogger spent most of his life and went to school. He studied diligently and graduated with a gold medal, constantly participating in competitions in a variety of subjects.
The important part of Sergey's life was sport. Every day was scheduled on minutes: studies, training in swimming, soccer, folk dance classes. He was always driven by the desire to be first and go forward.
COLLEGE AND FIRST STEPS IN BUSINESS
As a child, Kosenko never thought he would become an entrepreneur. His family and people around him did not treat this kind of occupation very well. After school, the young man went to a local institute, like many of his friends.
Sergei launched his first business project when he was still in high school. A friend showed Sergei a microaural earpiece - a 10 mm capsule that can be inserted in the ear and thus discreetly use his friend's "help" during exams. Kosenko spent his last money (600 rubles) on the novelty, buying it half and half with his friend. They rented out their microequipment to other students (four times a day), the purchase quickly paid for itself and brought in good profits.
WORKING IN BANKING
After graduating from Smolensk, Sergei went to Moscow on his father's advice to enroll in the master's program at Moscow State University. But plans changed, and Kosenko got a job at a branch of the Smolensk Bank in the marketing department. Here he proved a proactive specialist, for example, he recommended using the new term "annual return" instead of "interest rate". This attracted many new depositors, the bank's owner appreciated the abilities of the young man: during 5 years of work in the bank Sergey grew from an ordinary employee to director of the retail business department with a salary of over 1 mln. rubles.
KEY BUSINESS PROJECTS
Sergey realized that he did not want to associate his entire future career with banking. As a result, he left the bank to concentrate on his entrepreneurial activities. With decent savings, Kosenko set up his own business selling plaids with sleeves, invented the Sleepy brand, and opened outlets in the form of small islets in large shopping malls. Of course, not everything went smoothly at once, but Sergey's enterprising nature helped him to become a successful entrepreneur. The next projects were popular sweaters with reindeer (Siberia brand), knitted socks and mittens ("Babushka knits"), and fragrances for the home Arome.
KOSENKO FRANCHISES
Over time, Sergei Kosenko began to work on the principle of franchising. He received calls from people from various cities wishing to open a store with plaids or sweaters with reindeer. This form of business opens up good opportunities for entrepreneurs, especially beginners: after all, they conduct business according to a ready-made model, selling products of a well-known, already promoted brand. Kosenko's franchises proved successful, and many stores bring in good profits.
BLOGGER SERGEY KOSENKO
Sergei considers it very important to help other people who want to change their lives: he gives them a motivational charge, positive ideas and bright emotions. That is why today he successfully develops his accounts on YouTube and Instagram and has more than a million subscribers. To help his subscribers start their own business, Sergey often engages in "gives" as part of his media company Kosenko Media Team - conducts drawings on his pages, which help gain an audience for those who are just starting out.
Sergei Kosenko creates motivational content, shows the life of an entrepreneur in Moscow, meets with famous people. The main message he carries to his subscribers - everything is possible if you set yourself a goal.
