Each pair of glasses areis built to fit the on the usersuser's face, with the proper corrective lens, and areis priced to be less expensive than a headset or other brand of smart-eye-wear. Also, LAFORGE Optical also provides an SDK to make applications compatible with the eyewear.
LAFORGE boasts a battery life of eighteen hours for their glasses, and only a thirty minutethirty-minute charge time. The software inside of the frames is capable of measuring youra user's speed, and can detect whetherwhen someone is ordriving, notonce youthey are driving when traveling over 17 miles per hour. Users can also take pictures and record videos upon order ofwith the Shima Beta Bold version of the frames.
